The Tower 4L Aluminium Pressure Cooker is the ideal size when cooking for two people. It locks in all the essential nutrients and flavours and cooks up to 70% faster than conventional cooking methods. The bonded steel base is suitable for use on all hob types including induction. There are dual safety pressure-release valves to protect against over pressurising the pot and the visual pressure indicator lets you know when your food is cooking perfectly as well as locking the handle in place so you can't accidently open the lid whilst the cooker is under pressure. The ergonomic handle and helper handle are made from stay-cool material. A steamer basket is also included with the pressure cooker.
